We support the mission of the ACSM to improve health and fitness by utilizing the science of exercise and sports medicine. Our academic institutions are first rate and diverse including all areas of Exercise Science and Sports Medicine. The Greater New York Region is a center of media and business and has a key role in the translation of scientific knowledge to the public. As you see, there are many areas for increased participation. We welcome students, researchers and clinicians, including all the multiple facets of exercise and sports medicine; physiologists, podiatrists, chiropractors, dieticians and physicians.
